Vinification Vinification with indigenous yeasts, fermented for a fortnight in 10,000 and 5,000 litre stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
Ageing In French oak casks.
Technical information ABV: 13.5%. Sugars: 0.6%. Acidity: 5.6%. Filtering: Light before bottling.
Tasting notes Deep cherry red with violet hues; clear and bright. Fresh fruit aromas in perfect harmony with the wood. On the palate it is fruity, fresh, pleasing and lively.
