||20 hectares. Vineyards situated next to the River Duero, characterised by sandy and stony soils.
||Tempranillo (75%), Syrah (20%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%)
||By hand in 15 kg boxes with grape selection in the vineyard and at the winery.
||Vinification with indigenous yeasts, fermented for a fortnight in 10,000 and 5,000 litre stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Different grape varieties and plots are vinified separately.
||In French oak casks.
||ABV: 13.5%. Sugars: 0.8%. Acidity: 5.8%. Filtering: Light before bottling.
||Cherry red with burgundy rim. Background of sweet fruit with spicy, roasted and balsamic notes on the nose; on the palate it is expressive and fruity, with a full and smooth finish.
